This is perhaps the most challenging part we found. Unlike Google and Bing, or even Norton, there is not webmaster tools like solution. At least none that we can find. But there is this very hidden link that you have to go searching for: http://www.siteadvisor.com/userfeedback.html
At first glance it doesn’t look like much, just a random form, but the there is one drop down of particular interest, Type of Inquiry. You’re going to want to choose the Submit a site for (re)testing option. I know, not very eloquent, but seems to be the preferred method.
I’m still confused about the UserID: option, so we just leave it blank. Be sure to fill in the Your Name and Your E-mail fields though so that they have a way to contact you.
